At Teamtailor, integrations are a critical part of our customers’ success. That's why we are expanding our team and looking for an Integration Success Specialist. Our mission is to ensure that our customers’ integration experience is seamless, supported, and reliable throughout their lifecycle.

In this role you will act as the bridge between customers, internal teams (CSMs, Support, Developers, Integration team), and partners, creating clarity, accountability, and trust in our integration ecosystem.

This role is about combining technical understanding with structured thinking, ownership, and strong communication.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Act as a key point of contact for integration-related topics, both for customers and internal stakeholders 🤝

• Take ownership of integration errands: new setups, improvements, issues, and escalations

• Support customers during integration readiness checks before go-live (credentials, mappings, dependencies, testing environments)

• Translate technical findings into clear and actionable explanations

• Create clarity around who owns what when issues arise

• Help increase internal knowledge by educating and supporting colleagues across CS, Support, and other teams

• Contribute to improving integration workflows and the overall customer experience 🌟

• Coordinate with integration partners when issues require collaboration outside of Teamtailor

You likely:

• Feel comfortable working in a technical, customer-facing role

• Are curious about how SaaS systems connect and terms such as APIs, data flows, authentication, and mappings don’t intimidate you

• Can troubleshoot structured problems logically and explain complex topics in simple terms

• Ask thoughtful questions before jumping to conclusions

• Take ownership and feel confident to guide stakeholders through processes

• Enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity

• Are comfortable collaborating across teams and with external partners

• Feel motivated by flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to shaping a relatively new team

• Experience with HR tech, ATS, HRIS, or similar is a plus but not required
