Project Services Manager

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for a Project Services Manager to work remotely for O&G Projects in Kazakhstan

Activities

• Definition of project programs with reference to project scope, cost, time and risk management, project monitoring and controlling, in collaboration/integration with other project disciplines.

• Project assurance and project review activities.

• Stakeholder Management, with a particular focus on managing interfaces with co-operated entities (or JVs).

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 20 years in the Oil & Gas sector.

• Proven experience of at least 15 years in Project Management disciplines.

• Proven experience of at least 15 years in Project/Engineering Management disciplines, with a focus on onshore/offshore development project activities in the Kazakhstan area and knowledge of the specificities of development in the Caspian Sea area.

• Proven experience in the preparation and implementation of project planning, monitoring, and control procedures.

• Proven experience in project budgeting and forecasting.

• Proven experience in coordinating Project Management support services.

• Proven skills in defining man-hour, time, and cost estimates required for carrying out project activities.
