Ideal candidate:
A digital professional skilled in using digital media tools to aid setting KPIs, planning, launching, reporting, testing, optimizing, evaluating and presenting performance results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns and to create growth for our business and yourself. 

Here are some job responsibilities:

  • Build, track and optimize our digital marketing strategy across online channels

  • Analyze user behavior, conversion data, customer journey and optimize the conversion rates across the digital funnels

  • Manage digital media budgets; optimize the media prices and performance against the target KPIs

  • Work with product, sales and other teams within the business to create impactful digital campaigns

  • Collaborate with PPC, SEO agencies and affiliates to implement digital media campaigns, from the beginning until completion

  • Provide clear reports and analysis on performance across digital channels and segmentation to better advice on-going strategy for each traffic source (PPC, organic, direct, affiliate)

  • Take responsibility, work independently, as well as collaboratively or cooperatively with our teams

 Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing communication and performance strategies

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing channels and platforms - Affiliate Marketing platforms, SEO, CRO, UX, Google Analytics and extensively Google & Facebook Ads.

  • Experience domain - HTML / CCS knowledge for customized actions for small websites

  • Fluency in English, written and conversational, ability to attend business meetings and deliver presentations.
