Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to build out the software needed to manage and operate our manufacturing facilities across the U.S. with the vision to create 95% autonomous manufacturing for single family homes. You will be the visionary technology leader responsible for driving the strategic direction of the engineering needs and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software that will enable ARCbuild to scale into a multi-billion-dollar unicorn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a product roadmap to build the vision of autonomous factories for the construction affordable homes, while automating the entire manufacturing process end-to-end
• Collaborate closely with management to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code in your chosen OOP language
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
• Guide and mentor future engineering hires as the team grows
• Own the entire technical stack and architecture
• Build a scalable and reliable platform to support future growth
• Play a foundational role in the company’s engineering culture
