Affiliate Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - LeveX (A 10x Value Partners Portfolio Company)

Position Summary

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to oversee our affiliate-driven user acquisition initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and execute the outreach process, ensuring efficiency, target achievement and quality control in affiliate partner selection.

• Contribute innovative ideas on how to identify and onboard new affiliates.

• Liaise with the C-Levels of LeveX to tap into their network of affiliates and ensure adequate engagement activities and follow-ups. 

• Develop a data-driven system for affiliate activation, performance tracking and engagement. 

• Establish and monitor clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards to accurately track ROI and optimize campaign performance across all partnerships.

• Design, implement, and continuously optimize the affiliate marketing program, including incentive structures, commission tiers, and reliable payment systems.
