A Collation Associate is a highly motivated individual who is responsible for performing collation functions by ensuring superior quality of multiple printed customer content. Collating is most commonly used in the preparation of booklets, catalogs, manuals, and collated color copies. You will be responsible for the collection, arrangement, and assembly of pages in a specific order of sequence, which is done by assembling multiple sheets or parts together to create a complete book.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and comprehend the job instructions (QA Checklist), which may include: general instruction, special Instructions, and change orders
- Responsible for merging color and black and white product together by collating and completing some finishing services such as sort, fold, gather and staple customer content
- Use production tools to find priority work
- Collate Customer Housed Inventory (CHINV) as needed
- Meet or exceed production goals set by the management team
- Ensure adherence to all documented processes and procedures
- Others tasks as assigned
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be dependable, flexible and have the ability to work overtime with little or no notice (required)
- Entry-level computer experience (required)
- Patience and focus with high attention to detail (required)
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Ability to perform tasks that require hand-eye coordination as well as dexterity
- Focused on accomplishing a given task. Must be goal-oriented and organized
