The Drill Binding Operator is a highly motivated individual who is responsible for delighting the customer with an effortless experience by ensuring superior quality of all completed documents in the drill area. This role will have you working with the standard 3-hole punch, along with several other hole punches types. The key to success in this position is to maintain quality while working in a repetitive motion.

This role will have you working with the standard 3-hole punch, along with several other hole punches types. The key to success in this position is to maintain quality while working in a repetitive motion.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and comprehend the general job instructions (QA Checklist), which may include: job Instruction, special Instructions, and change orders
- Insert punched pages into binders, when necessary
- Setup, calibrate and run jobs through the drill
- Others duties as assigned
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be dependable, flexible and have the ability to work overtime with little or no notice (required)
- Some mechanical knowledge (preferred)
- Entry level computer experience (preferred)
- At least 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time while walking frequently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Able to bend, stoop, and reach occasionally
