ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Summary:
A Data Entry Operator gathers, arranges, and records information into computerized databases of the organization ERP system, which includes checking the information included in the production logbooks are accurate before entering into the system.
Responsibilities:
Data entry in the ERP software from manual logbooks of all production departments including materials and machine consumptions.
Assembling, arranging, and getting ready papers, materials, and data for data input.
Seek to gather data for missing papers and materials if any
Checking the accuracy of all documents and information and notifying the supervisor of any mistakes or discrepancies.
Database monitoring, review, and error or consistency correction.
Completing administrative activities such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as required
Support production supervisor for production materials request from warehouse through the system.
Verify and audit in/out transfer of raw materials against system requests.
Support and track to maintain the stock level (System and Physical)
About You
Qualifications and Experience:
A Diploma or an equivalent qualification in a related field from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
A “COC” certification is a plus.
Basic Computer Knowledge is a plus.

NOTES-
The Position is open to Ethiopian Nationals only.
The placement date for the position shall be effective March 2026GC.
Location – TSE Factory, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary – Attractive
