Plumber Apprentice- Night Shift

We are seeking a full-time Plumber Apprentice for our state-of-the-art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Riverbank, CA. This would be a night shift. The Plumber is responsible for overseeing installation, repair, and upkeep of all plumbing tasks and projects. This role will report directly to the Facilities Supervisor and Lead Plumber which will work on-site at our cultivation facility in Riverbank, Ca.
Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures throughout the facility site.
• Perform sewer repairs.
• Perform gas and water line repairs.
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines, such as leaks, etc.
• Troubleshoot, service, and complete repairs to plumbing systems.
• Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
• Use augers, snakes, cameras, remodels, and new system installations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of their work area.
• Experience installing copper and PVC pipe systems.
• Perform installation of plumbing systems in new construction.
• Read shops/prints to determine plumbing layout.
• Measure, mark and cut holes for plumbing.
• Kit and assemble subcomponents that can be prefabricated.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• 1+ years of Plumbing experience.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, plumbing environment.
• Knowledge of CalOSHA and other environmental regulations is a plus.
• Effective and efficient communication skills are a must.
• Excellent attention to detail; Close visual focus required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and absolute reliability and honesty.
• Extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, plumbing environment.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, climb, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds for a distance of 100 feet. Requires the manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment and hand tools.
Work Environment:
This position involves a fair amount of manual labor which requires repetitive tasks. This position operates indoors and outdoors which can reach different temperatures. This position may require working at heights up to or exceed 20 feet. This position may require you to drive to local vendors. The Cultivation Department operates on weekends and holidays, and standard work hours may apply regardless of day or season.
