Airline operations depend on having the right part, in the right place, at the right time. In our Supply Chain Team, you’ll sit at the center of that reality — supporting daily operations and heavy maintenance events for an A320 fleet operating across multiple locations.

How will it be to work with us?

✈️ Be part of live airline operations: Support flight operations by sourcing and delivering spare parts for the A32x fleet — whether from stock or external suppliers — keeping aircraft flying safely and on schedule.

🔧 Work where urgency meets structure: From AOGs and MELs to scheduled maintenance and stock replenishment, you’ll support both planned and unplanned material needs in a fast-paced operational environment.

📦 Own material flows end to end: Manage orders in AMOS, track deliveries, coordinate shipments, and ensure parts arrive at the right destination within required timeframes — with full visibility and follow-up.

🤝 Collaborate across teams and partners: Working closely with Purchasing, Maintenance, material planning, suppliers, and freight forwarders, you’ll help align technical needs with logistics and commercial realities.

💡 Solve problems, not just place orders: Evaluate alternate solutions during heavy maintenance events — including exchanges, loans, robbing, expediting, or purchases — adapting quickly when demand changes.

🌍 Build supplier relationships that matter: Manage and grow relationships with OEMs and vendors, negotiating terms on price, delivery, and quality, while trading inventory through exchange, loan, and sale.

What will make you succeed in this position:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar procurement or logistics role within aviation environment.

  • Advanced English level (French or Italian is a plus)

  • Strong interpersonal skills — able to build trust, act with urgency, and support operations thoughtfully

  • Ability to build relationships at all levels in the organization, establish trust and respond to staff with urgency, and in a thoughtful and sensitive way.
