SOFTSWISS is hiring a Scrum Master to join our Casino Platform team. You’ll help teams work predictably and collaboratively by applying effective Agile practices that support reliable, high-quality product delivery.

Purpose of the Role:
You’ll enable predictable and sustainable product delivery by strengthening Agile ways of working across 2-3 teams. Your impact will be felt in delivery reliability, team maturity, and cross-team alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum events for 2-3 teams and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
Identify and remove impediments to improve delivery flow.
Guide teams toward predictable delivery and focus on sprint goals.
Support backlog refinement, epic breakdown, and accurate commitments.
Foster collaboration across teams and contribute to scaling efforts.
Coach teams on the Agile mindset and self-organization.
Track and present metrics (velocity, scope changes, etc.) to drive improvement.
Required Experience:
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a multi-team environments.
Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery principles.
Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
English – intermediate (B1); Russian – fluent.
Nice to Have:
Scrum certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM), knowledge of scaling frameworks like LeSS.
