Job Overview
The Role:
You will be responsible for visiting depots and resolving device issues on-site. This is a hands-on, independent role focused on simple troubleshooting, clear reporting, and maintaining momentum across the rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit 3–4 depots per week across your assigned country
Arrive early at depots, typically between 6–8am
Troubleshoot devices, including cable swaps, resets, and basic reinstallations
Remain on-site where needed for 2–3 days to support depot activity
Take clear photos and document all actions taken
Log activity into structured spreadsheets
Provide daily updates and summaries to the central team
Escalate unresolved issues clearly and quickly
Requirements:
Fluent in local language + strong English
Full driving licence, own vehicle preferred
Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays
Able to work independently and manage own schedule
Basic technical confidence, no deep expertise required
Highly organised with clear communication skills
