About the Role
The Regional Head of Engineering is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and strengthening ClearRoute’s regional engineering capability. You will shape engineering culture, delivery quality, and technical excellence across the region while remaining actively involved in complex client engagements.
Partnering closely with regional and global leaders, you will influence growth through strong engineering leadership, accelerator adoption, and high-quality delivery. This role blends strategic leadership with real technical impact in market.
Key Responsibilities
Own the health and performance of engineering teams across the region, ensuring delivery predictability, quality, and technical excellence.
Lead and mentor engineering teams, building capability, nurturing future leaders, and driving talent retention.
Remain hands-on in architecture, coding, design reviews, and complex client engagements.
Influence pre-sales and solution design, ensuring technical feasibility and high-quality proposals.
Drive adoption of accelerators and reusable assets to improve delivery efficiency and client outcomes.
Act as a regional thought leader, contributing to market visibility, conferences, and technical content.
What You Will Bring
Proven senior engineering leadership experience in consulting or similar environments.
Strong hands-on engineering and architectural expertise, with credibility across Cloud, Platform, DevEx, Quality, and modern engineering practices.
Demonstrated experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams and delivery pods.
Experience shaping and influencing pre-sales, solution design, and complex deals.
Ability to act as a senior technical authority across multiple client engagements, providing guidance, reviews, and architecture oversight.
Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering effectively with Delivery, Sales, and Executive leadership.
Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with active delivery involvement, including coding, design reviews, and architecture guidance.
Passion for engineering excellence, talent development, and creating sustainable, scalable delivery models.

Demonstrable success navigating complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience driving accelerator adoption, reusable engineering assets, or platform initiatives.
