Customer Hub Advisor - Brentwood KIA

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Customer Hub Advisor to join our Customer Relations Team at our KIA dealership in Brentwood. Booking in aftersales customers for all service departments across the group and providing a fantastic customer experience. This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis working Monday – Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday’s on a rota basis paid as overtime. A basic salary of £25,396 with an OTE of £28,396.

Do I need experience?

ü  A strong background in customer service

ü  History of performing effectively under pressure

ü  Experience with IT systems and computer literate

ü  Previous working experience in a retail background would be highly advantageous

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Upon your completed 3 week training you will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

·        Convert customer enquiries to bookings and assist customers with service booking queries

·        Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly

·        Achieving set performance targets

·        Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines

·        Working in collaboration with all service departments to guarantee the smoothest experience for our customers
