TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Korean-speaking Client Services Advisor to join the team in Stockholm on an hourly, as-needed basis. In this role you will act as a first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional, personalized customer service across our digital channels. You will report to the Client Services Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and timely service to our customers through various client channels, including email, live chat and phone.

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery, shipment, and order-related issues.

  • Build a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences in order to provide a personal service, while contributing to overall sales goals.

  • Share customer insights and escalate any priority issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.

  • Build strong product knowledge across our assortment and seasonal collections.

  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

  • Fluent reading and writing in Korean and English.

  • Previous experience in online customer service, ideally in a fashion or lifestyle company.

  • Familiar with fast-paced environments and resolving high ticket volumes efficiently.

  • Digitally savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Knowledge of platforms like Zendesk and/or other e-commerce systems is an advantage.

This is an hourly position based at our Stockholm Head Office, with a start date by agreement. This position does not come with guaranteed hours, and is suited to someone with a flexible schedule who is available to work on an ad hoc basis and step in as needed.

Working hours vary depending on business needs and may include shifts on weekdays (09:00–18:00 or
18:00-22:00) and Saturdays (11:00–16:00), with occasional Sundays required.
