About the role
Supporting managers in vessel and port operations, vessel insurance, and vehicle damage management processes,
Entering vessel planning schedules and new voyages into relevant operational systems,
Regularly monitoring and reporting vessel arrival times,
Tracking and updating the vessel fuel consumption table,
Providing ad-hoc support to managers when required,
Supporting the Claim & Insurance in process management,
Assisting in managing cases that may impact vessel insurance.
About you
Currently enrolled in a university program related to Maritime Studies or a relevant maritime field,
At least upper-intermediate level of English,
Strong analytical thinking skills,
Result-oriented mindset,
Ability to take initiative,
Strong planning and organizational skills.
