Talent Acquisition Professional (Contract – Temp to Perm, approx. 3–6 months)
Location: London
Contract: 3–6 months temporary, with potential to move to permanent

We are looking for someone to join our Talent Acquisition team on an initial 3–6 month temporary contract, supporting our recruitment activity as we continue to scale globally. This role offers exposure to full-cycle recruitment while providing strong operational and recruitment support across the function.
Support full-cycle recruitment across selected business areas by helping to:
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across multiple hiring managers and time zones
Partner with TA Specialists to define role requirements and ensure accurate, high-quality job postings
Screen and assess candidates
Assist in developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, talent mapping)
Conduct initial CV reviews and pipeline assessments to support talent shortlist creation
Prepare candidate packs, interview guides, and offer documentation
Support structured interview processes, helping ensure a fair and consistent candidate experience
Maintain and continuously update our ATS to ensure strong data quality and reporting accuracy
Track recruitment metrics and contribute to reporting on pipeline health, time-to-hire and other key indicators
Assist in driving improvements in TA processes, systems and documentation
Support UK and US graduate and early careers recruitment campaigns
Help manage candidate queries, stakeholder communication and the shared TA inbox
Represent the TA team professionally across all touchpoints, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Contribute to broader TA projects, employer branding initiatives and recruitment support as required
Key skills & experience:
Experience in a recruitment support role (in‑house, agency or RPO beneficial)
Strong organisational ability with excellent attention to detail
Confidence managing scheduling, shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Comfortable using MS Office, ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter (or open to learning)
Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to maintain strict confidentiality
