We are currently looking for a Support Agent to join our team! If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, skilled at resolving issues, and eager to make a difference, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
Actively handle customer inquiries and issues via Zendesk and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
Identify bugs and glitches reported by customers and effectively communicate them to the tech team
Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal and external documentation
We expect that you have
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support
1+ years of experience with Zendesk (or similar tools like Intercom, Freshdesk, etc)
Fluent English (at least B2 level)
A technically oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Empathetic and customer-centric approach to problem-solving
Creative mindset with a proactive attitude toward finding solutions
A willingness to grow and develop professionally within the role
