The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Credit Control Assistant to support our growing Finance/Operations teams. In this role you’ll work with the FinOps team to help manage Grail’s accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, reducing aged debt exposure, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
We’re looking for someone with a good head for numbers and a problem-solving attitude who is comfortable dealing with client issues and implementing technical fixes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, as well as a desire to learn new systems, help keep them organised, and innovate to find efficiencies where possible. Likewise, the confidence to flag areas of concern within the ledger will be an important characteristic.
An aptitude working with AirTable and Xero will be key, and knowledge of workflow automation tools like Zapier would be a plus.
Grail Talent is based in Barbican, London, but this role offers hybrid working.
The role will include:
Management of Aged Receivables
Chasing clients while maintaining and building relationships
Flagging areas of concern within the ledger
Systems and workflow optimisation
General support within the FinOps team
