SOFTSWISS is hiring a Sport Risk Manager to join our Sportsbook Team. You’ll work on our Sportsbook product, contributing to risk control, odds management, and performance optimisation across multiple sports and leagues.

The SOFTSWISS Sportsbook is a software platform designed for launching and managing a successful online sports betting business. The Sportsbook team’s goal is to develop truly innovative software that will make the process of creating and running a bookmaker website faster and easier for our clients. We are searching for driven individuals who are passionate about what they do and are ready to work on engaging tasks and exciting projects together.

Purpose of the Role:

Your work will support Sportsbook performance through analysis, event management, and collaboration with betting departments and operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and adjusting templates

  • Monitoring and controlling events in real time

  • Removing and suspending events as required

  • Adjusting coefficients and working with betting lines

  • Setting up bookmakers for leagues and sports

  • Calculating events and markets

  • Checking participant names and translations

  • Interacting with other betting departments

  • Maintaining the knowledge base

  • Interacting with operators

  • Managing bet control processes

  • Conducting initial player analysis

  • Analyzing product performance across sports and leagues

  • Conducting competitive analysis

  • Testing and participating in the development of new Sportsbook products

Required Experience:

  • Experience in betting (B2B experience is an advantage)

  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English and Russian

  • Hands-on experience with both pre-match and live betting environments

  • Strong knowledge of sports, including a solid understanding of horse racing

  • Excellent understanding of probability theory and betting coefficients

  • Strong analytical skills

  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working within IT environments

  • Background in project or product development

  • Experience in risk management, analytics, or control functions
