Role Overview:

The Director P&O Transformation leads and delivers transformation initiatives across the People & Organization (P&O) function. This role is responsible for designing and executing an integrated P&O operating model, enhancing employee experience, and implementing modern systems, processes, and frameworks that support business growth.

Acting as a strategic change agent, the Director partners closely with senior leadership—including MVH Global—to shape and execute the overall P&O transformation agenda across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Transformation Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and lead a holistic transformation roadmap for MVH Europe’s P&O interaction model, ensuring consistent ways of working, improved manager and associate experience, and optimized processes and systems.
  • Lead and manage major P&O transformation programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ensure successful delivery against project timelines, scope, and budgets.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and operationalize the P&O transformation strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, aligning priorities and driving executive engagement.

Digital & Technology Enablement

  • Drive the implementation and optimization of P&O technologies, including HRIS, digital tools, and workflow systems.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through enhanced HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting.

Process Optimization

  • Re-engineer core P&O processes (e.g., talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, payroll) to improve scalability, usability, and efficiency.
  • Define and implement P&O service delivery models through strong partnerships with Global and Centers of Expertise.

Change Management & Culture

  • Lead change management strategies to support adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility within the P&O function.

  • Languages: Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • 2 Direct reports: PMO

Education & Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Change Management is a plus.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in P&O, organizational development, people operations, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives across the P&O function.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience with P&O technology systems, HR analytics, and digital transformation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior leadership and build trusted relationships across all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
