Job Overview
What you will do:
To ensure the property’s facilities, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and safely by performing preventive maintenance and timely repairs to support uninterrupted guest services.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Perform minor repairs on equipment, fixtures, and property infrastructure.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from operational teams.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and report major issues to supervisors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor and manage the usage of maintenance tools and spare parts.
You will fit in this job if you:
Minimum vocational school (preferably in engineering, electrical, or mechanical).
Experience: 1-2 years in maintenance roles; hospitality experience is a plus.
Willing to be place at Puncak, Bogor.
Ability to read equipment manuals and basic diagrams.
Basic literacy for maintenance logs and safety instructions.
Basic numeracy for measuring and calculating repairs.
Problem-solving, proactive, detail-oriented, physically fit, and safety-conscious.
