Electrical Maintenance Instructor – Angola

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Instructor for an onshore Oil & Gas project in Angola, within a high-standard HSE industrial environment.

Job Description:
The role involves delivering classroom and on-the-job training to local maintenance personnel, focusing on electrical maintenance activities, fault diagnosis, and safe work practices in compliance with site procedures and international electrical standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Electrical Maintenance Instructor or Senior Electrical Technician in Oil & Gas plants

• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, motors, MCCs, switchgear, and protection systems

• Solid awareness of electrical safety rules, LOTO procedures, and HSE requirements

• Familiarity with maintenance procedures and CMMS systems

• Good communication and training skills

• English working proficiency

Job Details:

• Location: Angola – Onshore (camp accommodation provided)

• Duration: 3 months

• Rotation: 60 days on / 15 days off

• Working time: 10 hours/day – 6 days/week

• Availability: Immediate
