Your Role
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot issues and guide customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer journey.
- Stay informed on new products and updates to deliver up-to-date support.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1), both spoken and written.
- Good command of English (B2).
- Experience in customer service or call center roles (automotive experience is a plus).
- Passion for automotive topics and tech-savvy mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
