Your new adventure
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team in Estonia. If you have a curiosity for robots and tech and want to make an impact at the cutting edge of autonomous driving, then now is a very exciting time to join!
Your main responsibilities are:
Manage daily manufacturing operations, assign tasks, set priorities, monitor workflow
Lead the team, train operators, coach performance, handle attendance & discipline
Ensure safety & quality, enforce safety rules, investigate quality issues related to manufacturing, implement corrective actions
Meet production goals, track output, downtime, scrap, and efficiency
Problem-solve on the floor, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, staffing gaps, bottlenecks
Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks
Coordinate with other departments, warehouse, quality, planning to complete production orders on time
Reporting, shift reports, KPIs/OKRs, incidents, improvement ideas

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:
3+ years of experience in manufacturing in a team lead/supervisor role within technical teams
Higher education in technical or leadership field
Experience in performing quality control procedures and meeting production standards
Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing settings
Lean manufacturing basics, experience in 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction
High level of technical expertise and willingness to do technical hands-on work
Very good communication and team leadership skills
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
ERP/MES and Excel skills
Fluency in English language
Right to work in Estonia is a must
