Position: Office Manager / PA to Senior Management

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Work model: On-site

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.


ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a highly organized and proactive professional who loves keeping things running smoothly. We’re looking for an Office Manager / PA to Senior Management to join our clients team in Limassol. In this role, you will manage daily office operations, support coordination between departments, and provide essential administrative assistance to senior management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and have a keen eye for detail, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with decision-makers and contribute to the smooth functioning of the company.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and coordination with service providers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for staff and management on all office matters.
  • Provide full PA support to senior management, including diary management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Organize internal meetings, office activities, and company events.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks and cross-department coordination.
  • Handle office-related invoices, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Complete out-of-office tasks such as bank visits, courier deliveries, and company-related errands.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent Greek and fluent English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or PA is considered an advantage.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
