Role Overview
We are seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead the sourcing and supply chain strategy for motors, gearboxes, and magnetic assemblies used in our next-generation humanoid robots. Your efforts will directly support the performance and scalability of our robotic systems and help bring thousands of reliable humanoid units to market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for motors, gearboxes, magnets, and related assemblies

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery standards

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to secure favorable agreements

  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure components meet performance and quality specifications

  • Support cost optimization initiatives while ensuring high reliability

  • Conduct supplier benchmarking and stay informed on technology and pricing trends

  • Monitor supplier performance metrics and ensure compliance with contractual terms

  • Implement risk mitigation strategies, including alternate sourcing and diversification

  • Provide technical support for DFM efforts with a focus on electromechanical systems

  • Manage supplier audits and drive improvements where necessary

  • Work closely with manufacturing, operations, and quality teams to ensure integration
