Role Overview

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing execution across infrastructure and indirect categories at 1X.

This role focuses on RFQ support, supplier coordination, contract execution, and data tracking, enabling the infrastructure sourcing team to scale efficiently as the company grows.

This role is part of a team-based infrastructure sourcing organization. Commodity scope will be assigned based on experience and business needs. Candidates are not expected to have experience across all listed categories—exposure to one or more relevant areas is sufficient.

You Will

  • Support RFQs, supplier onboarding, and contract execution across assigned categories

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support sourcing activities

  • Maintain sourcing documentation, pricing, contracts, and supplier records

  • Track spend, savings, and supplier performance metrics

  • Support infrastructure programs, site operations, and scaling initiatives

  • Assist Global Supply Managers and Supply Chain Leads with sourcing execution

Infrastructure & Indirect Categories Supported (one or more areas):

  • Facilities maintenance and site services

  • Construction and infrastructure services

  • CAPEX equipment and installation support

  • IT infrastructure and technology services

  • Factory production support (tooling, MRO, consumables)

  • Corporate services (travel, HR-related services)

Category scope will be assigned based on experience and may evolve as the organization scales.
