Project Manager for OT Cyber Security| Pharma (Hybrid)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company, in the OT Cybersecurity area.

TASKS 🚀:

• Coordinate global rollout activities across OT environments and regions.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support risk and issue management.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Organize and lead project meetings (status, steering, etc.)
• Track progress, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with OT site leads, cybersecurity teams, and third-party partners.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with internal governance.
• Support change management and coordination.
• Advise on the development and rollout of OT cybersecurity requirements, including network segmentation, access control and asset inventory.
• Review and validate technical and procedural deliverables related to OT cybersecurity.

SKILLS 🤹:

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Understanding of OT systems, protocols (Modbus, OPC, DNP3), and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft Defender for IoT).
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in cybersecurity or infrastructure domains.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Skilled in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, IEC 62443) is a plus.
• English fluent.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
• 4 days by remote & 1 day on-site
