The Grow Staff is responsible for monitoring and maintaining plants’ overall needs.

- 8-hour Shifts
- 2pm to 10:30pm evenings
- Schedule would be Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday OR Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Pruning and removal of unwanted material.
- Assist with topping and cloning.
- Inspection for pests and other threats.
- Monitor and maintain all areas of plants’ water and nutrient needs.
- Calibrating meters, monitoring, and adjusting pH balance and electro-conductivity (EC) levels.
- Logging conditions, maintaining cleanliness of grow areas, and adjusting reservoir water as scheduled.
- Learn and understand all applicable local and State laws.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Education or experience in commercial plant production preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to successfully register as an agent in state’s cannabis commission.
- Must adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
