We are looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Team Leader to oversee our finance function and team.
Your Role – Team Leader Finance (with strong FP&A expertise)
In this role, you will oversee all core finance activities—including FP&A, reporting, and finance operations—while serving as the primary finance contact towards our Group organization. You will report to the Norway, Denmark & Finland Finance Leader based in Oslo.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who thrives on business analytics, continuous improvement, and people leadership. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring accuracy and transparency, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Your Responsibilities
Leadership & Finance Management
· Lead and develop the Finance team, including FP&A, reporting, and finance operations.
· Create a collaborative, high‑performing environment built on trust, team success, and shared accountability.
FP&A & Reporting
· Act as the main point of contact for Group Finance, with a strong emphasis on FP&A responsibilities.
· Lead monthly and weekly reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
· Drive the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with Group expectations.
· Deliver clear, insightful business analysis to support executive decisions.
Operational Excellence & Governance
· Oversee financial processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
· Coordinate internal and external audits.
· Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, tools, and collaboration across the organization.
Your Profile
· At least 10 years of experience in a versatile finance role (FP&A, reporting, business analytics, finance operations).
· Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong belief that great results come through teamwork. You genuinely enjoy being a people leader.
· Strong analytical and business acumen, solution‑oriented mindset, and a proactive, constructive approach.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with Group‑level stakeholders.
· Master’s Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
· Strong capability in working with various financial systems and tools. Strong Excel skills.
· Confident communicator in both English and Finnish.
