We’re on the hunt for a Digital Media Specialist. As a Digital Media Specialist, you will apply performance media strategy to plan, launch and scale Meta, Google (Search, GDN, YouTube) and TikTok campaigns; drive data‑driven optimisation, auditing, experimenting and iterating based on signals to improve ROI; design and run A/B tests across landing pages, ad copy, keywords and bids to continuously lift performance; and build robust audience‑building & targeting frameworks while cultivating partnerships with platform teams (Google, Meta, etc.) to unlock new opportunities.
If you have the following:
Serious Meta Ads experience with a proven big‑budget track record
4+ years in Search/performance (e.g., Search Campaign Manager), with eCommerce performance success
Certifications: Google Ads & Google Analytics; Meta certified (or willingness to upskill where needed)
Analytical, performance‑driven mindset with strong Excel skills
