Job Overview

JOB DISCRIPTION
  • Maintain physical and electronic files and production records

  • Provide administrative support to the Production Department

  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments

  • Coordinate travel arrangements when required

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations

  • Enter and maintain production data in databases and spreadsheets

  • Support production projects by tracking tasks and deadlines

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and production-related documents

  • Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenditures

  • Manage office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Support team members and handle ad-hoc tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field

  • 3 years of administrative or support experience, preferably in manufacturing

  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/MES systems desirable

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; team- and customer-focused

  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and processes

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus

  • Committed to safety, ethical practices, and continuous professional development
