Job Overview
JOB DISCRIPTION
Maintain physical and electronic files and production records
Provide administrative support to the Production Department
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements when required
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Enter and maintain production data in databases and spreadsheets
Support production projects by tracking tasks and deadlines
Process invoices, expense reports, and production-related documents
Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenditures
Manage office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support team members and handle ad-hoc tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
3 years of administrative or support experience, preferably in manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/MES systems desirable
Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; team- and customer-focused
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and processes
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus
