As Head Coach at Farm Owners Academy, you are the north star for coaching excellence across the business. You lead, develop, and set the standard for a team of 10 coaches, while owning and evolving the coaching function to support our next stage of growth.

This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned business coach who is ready to step fully into ownership. You are not only brilliant at developing others and having meaty, high-impact coaching conversations — you are equally driven by operational excellence. Our one-to-many coaching model is changing lives for farming families across Australia, and we have outgrown our systems and processes. You will be a key partner in streamlining, strengthening, and future-proofing them.

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time

Travel Opportunities: Attend 2–3 Australia-based member events per year

You Will Be Responsible For:

Above all, this role exists to ensure our members achieve meaningful results and have an exceptional experience throughout their journey with FOA. Every system you refine, every coach you develop, and every process you improve should ladder up to this outcome.

Coaching Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new coaches to FOA standards

  • Lead monthly coach training sessions (60 mins) focused on skill development and alignment

  • Manage coach performance through feedback, accountability, and support

  • Review mastermind recordings and provide written feedback

  • Continuously lift facilitation quality and consistency

  • Coordinate mentors for Platinum Mastermind sessions

  • Step in to cover coaching gaps when required

Systems, Process & Operational Excellence

  • Partner with the Head of Member Success to design, refine, and document coaching workflows

  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements

  • Ensure consistent coaching processes that support scale

  • Contribute to systems and automations that reduce manual effort and increase visibility

Member Experience & Escalation

  • Champion member outcomes as the ultimate measure of success

  • Act as the escalation point for disengaged or dissatisfied members

  • Oversee new member triage and handovers

  • Drive retention through proactive support and over-delivery

  • Oversee accountability records and member progress

Coaching Delivery

  • Coach three Mastermind groups

  • Participate in one live Mastermind and review one recorded session per month

  • Lead monthly Client Review meetings

  • Oversee member progress, accountability and success

 

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Business Coaching

  • Deep care for member outcomes and experience

  • Calm, confident leadership under pressure

  • Strong systems and process mindset

  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach

  • High attention to detail and organisation

  • Empathetic, people-first leadership style

  • Clear, confident communicator

  • Strong business acumen and results focus
