Job Overview
Our client is looking for a commercially driven Head of Live Casino to lead the performance and strategic growth of their Live Casino vertical.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue across existing partners while identifying new growth opportunities. The successful candidate will lead a team of Account Managers and act as the senior commercial contact for key customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to meet and exceed revenue targets
Drive revenue growth across existing customers and identify new commercial opportunities
Act as senior point of contact for key partners, building long-term strategic relationships
Lead and support complex commercial negotiations
Monitor performance, track financial results, and manage forecasting and budgeting
Develop and execute strategic plans to maximise market and operator-level opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to align internal priorities with commercial goals
Mentor team members on commercial, regulatory, and legal considerations
Maintain strong awareness of industry trends and competitor activity
Ideal Profile
Strong leadership experience managing high-performing commercial teams
Deep understanding of the iGaming and Live Casino landscape
Proven experience in complex commercial negotiations
Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Track record of building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships
Experience working in target-driven environments
Solid understanding of regulatory and commercial dynamics across markets
Well-connected within the iGaming industry
