Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with top universities and student communities
Own end-to-end campus recruiting: sourcing, outreach, events, and follow-ups
Plan and execute on-campus and online recruiting events and brand activations
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for early-career technical talent
Manage partnerships with student organizations and external communities
Collaborate with internal teams on campus and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
3+ years of experience in campus recruiting, employer branding, or talent programs
Hands-on experience organizing recruiting events or community initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Structured, detail-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership
Nice to Have
Experience working for tech or quantitative finance
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or sourcing tools
Background in university relations or student-led organizations
