We’re now looking for an Export Supply Planner with previous export supply planning experience in Food FMCG, to help ensure our products land Delivered In Full, on time, and ready to delight our customers. The main market this role will be responsible for is export to our NZ market but there may be opportunities to support our Export Supply planner for our Asian Markets.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Export Supply Planner is responsible for executing daily, weekly and monthly supply planning activities to ensure consistent product supply into RPF export markets.
This role sits with a team at the heart of our export operations—balancing supply, inventory, shipping and forecasting—while working closely with manufacturing sites, commercial teams and logistics partners.
You will be part of a highly collaborative team based in our Crows Nest Head Office where we work to a 4:1 day in office rhythm. You will also liaise daily with our On-Site Ops Teams and there is the opportunity to work from our Ingleburn office when required.

Key Responsibilities
Plan periodic export replenishment to meet target stock levels across designated export entities and customers
Maintain and manage sales and replenishment orders within ERP systems to trigger accurate stock movements
Coordinate end-to-end export shipping activities, including organising and booking shipping containers, liaising with shipping agents, export documentation and confirmations
Liaise with RPF manufacturing and warehouse teams to confirm product availability and supply timing
Communicate proactively with export customers regarding order status, availability and alternative solutions where required
Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers and 3PL partners to stay aligned to schedules
Capture, analyse and maintain forecasting data to support accurate product-level sales forecasts
Contribute to projects that enhance demand and supply planning capability across RPF
Provide planning backup support for Asia Export team members during leave or absences
Work collaboratively with site Demand Planners, Warehousing, Supply Planners and Operations teams on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are on track and you can provide options and solutions before issues arise.

Inventory levels aligned to ABC classification targets
About You
You’re a detail-driven planner who thrives in fast-moving FMCG environments and understands the realities of exporting food products across borders.
You will bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Export Supply Planning role essential - you must have experience working in Export Supply Planning
Exception attention to detail - you could literally pick a needle in a haystack your attention to detail skills are that refined!
Strong understanding of export documentation and international shipping processes
Solid knowledge of production, supply and inventory planning
Hands-on experience using ERP systems
An analytical mindset with strong numerical and data interpretation skills
Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative working style
Highly desirable:
Exposure to demand planning, S&OP cycles and product lifecycle management
