Bond Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join the Mintos Investments team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial markets, eager to learn about fixed-income instruments, and ready to contribute to the investment process in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Please note that this is a temporary position for 3 months.

You will:

• Assist in investment decision-making, including market research, data collection, and preliminary financial analysis of issuers.

• Support the marketing team by providing timely updates on newly added bonds and related investment information.

• Assist in streamlining operational processes related to coupon payments and other recurring bond operations.

• Prepare and maintain documentation and data files for internal and regulatory purposes.

Your professional skills and background:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and financial information.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.

• Genuine interest in investments and financial markets, especially fixed-income instruments.

• Good understanding of financial statements and the ability to interpret company performance indicators.

• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.

• Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.

• Experience or strong interest in applying AI tools to support data analysis and process automation

• Good level of written and spoken English.
