Erithy, previously known as Be Better Contractors, specializes in the design and construction of sustainable subsea infrastructure globally.
We deliver consultancy services within the oil and gas industry, high voltage cables, biogas and hydrogen, as well as civil engineering services and project administration.

We are now looking for a Field Engineer - EIT for one of our customers based in Stord.
Duration: ASAP - 01/09/2026, with option for extension
Responsibilities:
Assist production in solving technical issues during construction and installation
Interpret drawings and job basis for production teams
Prepare work basis and documentation for technical solutions in cooperation with shop engineering
Ensure locations and installations are construction- and HSSE-friendly
Maintain close communication with work leaders (FIL), method, shop engineering, PRE, and other stakeholders
Strive for strong HSSE performance throughout the work
Interface with IT/IS systems related to engineering registers, Navisworks, and MIPS
Coordinate closely with production and interface with all disciplines (EIT, piping, structure, civil, HVAC), suppliers, subcontractors, and planning department
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of E&I experience (relevant work experience can compensate for lack of education)
Field experience
Experience with “as-built” drawings and mechanical interface drawings
Software skills: MS Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Planner, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint), MIPS, E3D
Previous Client experience is an advantage
Fluent English and Norwegian, written and spoken
