What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Collections team, you will help ensure the health of our receivables by:
Strategically organizing your daily worklist based on outstanding receivables, customer risk levels, payment history, and overall customer value
Analyzing accounts receivable data to determine collection priorities
Reconciling transactions, accounts, and customer records
Handling dispute cases professionally and finding solutions that work for both the customer and the company
Monitoring collection status and maintaining up-to-date account information
Managing overdue accounts through timely follow-ups via calls and emails
Resolving billing issues quickly to support cash flow and minimize delinquency, including preparing credit memos and other adjustments
Maintaining polite, assertive communication to collect outstanding receivables
Following up on past-due invoices and confirming payment details with customers
What You’ll Bring
A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
Strong discipline in following standard procedures and maintaining accurate records
At least 5 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Finance handling local or international accounts. With experience in handling delinquent accounts.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite in Makati City, Philippines
