Responsibilities:
Lead a team in prospecting, qualifying and closing inbound leads, outbound cold calls, and customer portfolio expansion
Oversee daily telesales progress updates and reports
Collaborate with the digital marketing team and telesales management to optimize lead management
Ensure the team's daily use of CRM systems
Train, coach, and mentor the team for successful telephone-based sales
Develop effective telesales methods and strategies
Others assigned by direct report
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
4-7 years of experience in Telesales
Strong passion for Telesales, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn
Good communication and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software
Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office
Experience in team management, leading, coaching, or supervising a Telesales team comprising a minimum of 10 members
Strong command of English
