About the Role

In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping Doctors find locum and permanent roles across New Zealand. Don’t worry if you’re new to recruitment—we’ll provide full training and mentorship from some of the best in the business. You’ll be learning every day in a collaborative, friendly environment where your growth is our priority.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and updating our candidate database
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to match them with the right roles
  • Building your professional presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Reaching out to new candidates who haven’t worked with Global Medics yet
  • Supporting the team with placements and day-to-day recruitment tasks

Remuneration

This role is paying between $65,000 + commission

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be:

  • Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Honest, reliable, and able to manage your own time
  • Confident speaking with people and building relationships
  • Interested in the healthcare industry
  • Well-organised and able to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
