Job Title: Channel Operation Specialist
Job Location: Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
Daily management of the partner performance and incentive system and ensuring timely distribution.
Monthly communication with distribution partners about performance and incentive and potential gap resolution.
Managing the quality of partner data and implementing and using internal digital tools.
Weekly distribution partner performance analysis and improvement proposal.
Requirements:
At least bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or related disciplines.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret and manipulate data effectively.
Relevant experience in finance or data analysis is essential.
A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
Strong communication skill and high adaption ability to high pressure.
