Corporater is expanding its operations in the Kingdom and is seeking a motivated Saudi National to join our Riyadh team as a Support Consultant.
You will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the KSA / UAE region, ensuring high-quality support, prompt issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
Provide first-line support to customers on the Corporater GPRC platform
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
Collaborate with delivery and product teams to ensure seamless resolution
Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base
Build trusted relationships with customers through proactive support
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years’ experience in software/application support or consulting
Background in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong troubleshooting skills; familiarity with SQL, web apps, or integrations is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
Saudi nationals are strongly preferred, in alignment with Saudization requirements
Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to grow
