We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in our global team as we continue on our growth journey, with overall responsibility for recruiting talents across the APAC and translating global business needs into a global hiring plan.
Responsibilities:
• Lead direct sourcing across APAC markets from entry-level to senior roles, including candidate engagement and compensation discussions.
• Implement proactive recruitment strategies by analyzing APAC talent market trends to anticipate future supply and demand in key categories.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, building strong partnerships across diverse APAC geographies.
• Collaborate with colleagues across recruitment, HR and professional services, sharing insights from the business and your expertise.
• Improve and ensure consistency in the onboarding process in close collaboration with management.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience managing regional recruitment solutions across Australia and Asia, preferably within an in-house environment.
• Knowledge of a wide range of direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pooling, executive search, job boards and social media).
• Proven experience in managing and optimising Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to support efficient recruitment operations.
• Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and campaigns at any given time.
• Experience or knowledge of Graduate Recruitment cycle and attracting junior talent would be desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at a range of levels both remotely and face to face.
• Passionate about creating and delivering an exceptional candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience.
