We are seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor for our Skilled Long-Term Care Facility in Albany, NY to oversee our dining operations and ensure exceptional food service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service healthcare management.
Dietary Supervisor Key Duties
- Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.
- Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
- Performs other job-related duties.
Dietary Supervisr Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- ServSafe Certification preferred or will become ServSafe certified after hired.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
