Floor Tech Key Duties
- Maintain all floors by sweeping mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
- Various pieces of equipment are properly and safely operated such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
- Maintains equipment in good working condition and stores properly in designated locations after each use.
- Dispose of all garbage throughout the facility.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Floor Tech Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.
- Must have verbal and written communication skills.
