Now, we're embarking on an exciting expansion into the casual puzzle genre with a narrative twist. We're looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead this strategic initiative and shape the future of our product portfolio.
The Role
As Head of Product, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for the games vertical. You'll lead cross-functional teams, define product roadmaps, and drive the development of engaging casual (narrative and puzzle) experiences that delight millions of players. This is a leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to build something transformative while leveraging the resources and expertise of a proven studio.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the games portfolio
Lead game concept development from ideation through soft launch to global release
Own KPIs including retention, monetization, engagement, and LTV; use data to inform decisions
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers while guiding Game and Content Design, and cooperating with Art, Engineering, UI, Story, QA and Marketing
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in casual/puzzle segments
Partner with LiveOps teams to optimize player experience post-launch
Present product strategy and performance to studio leadership and Stillfront stakeholders
Champion a player-first culture and advocate for features that enhance engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
Mandatory Experience
5+ years of product management experience in mobile free-to-play games
Proven track record in casual games and puzzle games (narrative, merge, match-3, hidden object, or similar)
Experience leading cross-functional game development teams from concept to live operations
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and game economy design
Deep understanding of F2P monetization models, player psychology, and retention mechanics
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for games with an extensive knowledge of the casual/puzzle mobile market
Nice to Have
Experience with narrative-driven or lifestyle games
Background in game design or development
Experience scaling games to top-grossing charts
Familiarity with Unity or other game engines
