At INHAUS, we are partnering with a leading company in Panama in the search for an Accounting & Billing Assistant to join its team.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional eager to grow in a dynamic environment, providing key support in accounting, administrative, and billing processes across multiple clients.

About the Role

This position plays a fundamental role in the registration and control of accounting and financial transactions, ensuring accurate documentation management, reconciliations, billing processes, and compliance with internal and tax-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record accounting transactions, collections, and payments in the system.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.

  • Manage accounting documentation and digital records.

  • Support billing processes and Work Order control.

  • Assist with tax filings and administrative procedures.

  • Maintain client information and documentation updated.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree or studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in accounting and/or billing functions.

  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

  • Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

  • On-site position | Panama City

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
