In Finland, our team of 130 professionals is proud to be a trusted partner to hundreds of businesses nationwide. We are now expanding our commercial leadership team and are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive our next phase of growth.

The Role

As Sales Leader Finland, you will lead our commercial team, manage a portfolio of key accounts, and drive sustainable revenue growth across our Finnish operations. You will be a hands-on leader who sets direction, coaches the team, and actively ensures results. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on business performance and a clear career path within the pan-Nordic leadership structure.

Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership

  • Own and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly commercial targets for Finland

  • Develop and implement clear, data-driven sales plans aligned with Nordic business objectives

  • Manage a personal portfolio of strategic key accounts — driving retention, growth, and satisfaction

  • Lead pipeline management and CRM discipline across the team to enable accurate forecasting and decision-making

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals (approx. 6–8 people)

  • Set clear priorities and performance expectations; establish an effective team operating rhythm

  • Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous development

Collaboration & Transformation

  • Act as an active member of the Finnish management team, contributing to local strategy and operations

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with operations, marketing, and customer service

  • Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and go-to-market approaches as the business evolves

Profile

We are looking for a proven commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You are energized by building teams and growing customer relationships, and you know how to translate ambition into results.

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving targets and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong background in solution selling and consultative client relationships

  • Experience leading teams through change and commercial transformation

  • Strong financial acumen — comfortable reading P&L statements and assessing the commercial impact of decisions

  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both in-person and in presentations

  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, get-it-done mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus

  • Valid driver’s license
